New Years Resolutions 2016







As it is a new year that means that all of us are making new years resolutions. Hopefully, this year I will actually stick to them! Here are my resolutions for 2016.


1. Drink more water. (I can sometimes go a whole day without drinking a drop of water. I know that's terrible! I'm going to try to drink more this year even if I don't like it. Imagine how good my skin will look if a drink 8 cups of water a day for a year!)

2. Exercise more often. (In the summer I do such a good job at this but once it hits October I'm done. My goal is to workout at least three times a week.)

3. Eat healthier foods.

4. Stop procrastinating. (I waited to do too many college assignments at the last minute last semester.)

5. Stay positive. (I seem to always over think things and think the worst in a situation. Hopefully this year I'll get rid of all those negative thoughts.)

  2. I started off really well with drinking water but haven't been doing so well the past couple of days. Hopefully I can get back into it, I don't want to give up yet!
